The Summer-2-Fall CSA season has pick-ups that run from August 18 through November 17.

Weekly Value shares typically contain 4 vegetables often including microgreens. The veggies included typically require minimal preparation and/or cooking. The idea is that you can just make a salad and go! Shares rotate weekly throughout the season showcasing the various salad crops we grow with a few cooking vegetables included every now and again. Late Summer season vegetables include tomatoes, peppers, okra, malabar spinach, to go along with the lettuce, arugula, carrots and green onions you will see in your shares. As fall takes over, expect your baskets to include more lettuces, arugula, carrots, greens, and winter radishes, as well as some weeks with things like bok choi, escarole, fennel, and kohlrabi added to the mix.
